Jeff is an accredited ACC treatment provider, therefore there is the possibility to access ACC funding for your acupuncture treatment related to your qualifying injury on an accepted ACC claim.

Ōākura Helth is unable to actually lodge your accidental injury claim with ACC for you. Once the claim is lodged however, we are able to offer you ACC subsidised treatments. What this means is that you will have to visit your GP, Physio or Osteo in order to get your claim lodged with ACC. Once the claim is accepted, no further referral or permission is required at all; you can forward your claim number and book your appointment at Ōākura Health and we will handle the rest and direct invoice to ACC the portion of the treatment cost that they are obligated to pay on any accepted injury claim.

While we are not able to lodge an initial accidental injury claim for you at Ōākura Health, We are able to lodge treatment extension requests in all cases that meet the criteria set out by ACC. Please speak with Jeff about this at any point during your course of treatment on a specific, approved injury claim.
